Her lifelong fascination with transformation has evolved from shaping the 'outer world' through design into guiding inner transformation through the integration of Mental Design™ and self-optimization principles.
Her work is enriched by insights gained from prestigious institutions such as The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA, We are Open Circle, The Embody Lab, and the Center for Council. Among them, as the backbone of her journey is Mitra Manesh her Mentor, whom She considers her main Teacher. Her unique approach, offering a rich blend of global perspective and innovative practices, supports clients in achieving clarity, empowerment, and impactful change.
Carlota is a Human Transformation Researcher, coach and artist dedicated to exploring how the interplay of thoughts and emotions influences our experiences and drives personal and collective transformation.
She applies her expertise through coaching, teaching, and participatory art installations.
A graduate of the Mindful Attentionist Self-Coaching and Professional Coaching programs, Carlota specializes in one-on-one coaching for creative professionals and caregivers, particularly those managing ADHD.
